Ok, I think this is it. I believe this is my first twitter avi. And no, I don’t know what I was looking at.
I don’t think this was my first Twitter avi. But it was one that I had a while back. It is the first in the series of avatar pictures in which Bear and I have collaborated.

What I learned from this educational video:
The verb “to tweet” has the following rarely used tenses:
- Past-tenese: to twote
- Future-perfect tense: to tilda swinton
The “updated, new, and improved” official Twitter for iPhone App has a major eye sore.
Why am I forced to see the trending topics in my timeline? It was fine the way it was! At least give me a way to turn it off.
At least they’ve got consistency going for them…

Mom: Your brother looked like hell.
Sister: What? He told you that?
Mom: Yeah.
Sister: When?!?
Mom: On Twitter.
This was shortly after I had learned mom had figured out how to read my Twitter timeline.

Once again plagiarism of tweets has come up. Here’s Twitter’s position on copying tweets (screenshot as of March 15, 2010).
I’m no expert at copyright law. Nor am I a lawyer. But it doesn’t look to me like Twitter is working to remove funny one-liners that have been tweeted without attribution to the original source. The written policy seems to be geared more towards written works that have been copied and tweeted.
I know there are some lawyers among you. What’s your take on the matter?
