Local news did a story tonight about how people in their 20’s are avoiding marriage now. That’s because they either watched their parent’s marriage fall apart or like me are already divorced at 24 and don’t wanna give it another shot haha
Yeah.. in my opinion it sucks.
Maybe I’m old fashioned, but I want to get married. I want to settle down and have a wife and 2.5 kids. Haha. Just kidding. I want four.
But you know what?
I’m terrified. I’m paranoid of marrying the “wrong” person.
I wish there was some giant sign hanging over the person who would be the perfect person for me.
Anyways, where are all you tumblr people who love playing matchmaker? Joking. Kind of.

Operation Bridal Search
The parental units came over this evening and we went out for dinner. Before leaving, my mom casually mentioned that a dear family friend of ours (who is old enough to be my grandmother) told my mom: “It’s time that we start looking for Jeffrey’s wife.”
“We,” I asked?
Apparently I am 26 and I’ve already got a search committee (of at least 2) going on.
By all means, marry. If you get a good wife, you will be happy; if you get a bad one, you’ll become a philosopher.

9/10 married people say that they would re-marry their spouse all over again.
More men would marry their wives all over again than the other way around.
