Color Contacts
Yesterday I had my annual eye exam. Good news is that my eyes haven’t worsened.
I also asked the optometrist about color contacts. He wrote out a prescription for color contacts and had the receptionist give me a sample. The catch was that the samples were non-prescription but they would allow me to see what the colors looked like.
My eyes are really dark. So I was looking at the opaque...

I have no idea who I would want to play me in a movie. I didn’t play when they had this on FB a while back. Lots of people changed their profile pic to their celebrity lookalike.
But I was like… I dunno. Hollywood isn’t exactly overflowing with Asian male actors.

Yes, I did just change my tumblr theme so that I could have clickable tags.
Because what the heck is a tag useful for if you can’t click on it and see all the posts that have the same tag?!?
Anyways, I think I’m happy with the look of it — at least for now.

Obese vs GE
I usually write “obese” in the patient’s chart if the patient is obese. However, I am considering writing “GE” instead since “gravitationally endowed” seems more politically correct.

Rain
I slept with the window open listening to the rain pouring outside. It’s rare for that to happen in Southern California.
I was actually looking forward to making my Starbucks run in the pouring rain. It might feel like I’m actually IN Seattle.
But alas, the rain has paused.
